Yay, I'm awful and missed another update! I'm sorry. Between having a stomach bug, feeling really under the weather because of the incredibly hot temperatures (which my Irish-English blood CANNOT deal with), film work and various other stresses, I have been pretty pretty terrible at those whole illustration blog thing.
Anyways.. Hopefully I can update this week. *sigh*

So this week, I missed my second entry. I know, I'm awful. I got a stomach bug that lasted a few days, and resulted in me eating nothing but crackers and constantly sleeping in order to not be awake and nauseous. So essentially, fun times non-stop.
So, I'm going to put in a late entry (hopefully Monday night or Tuesday) and in the meantime, I'll post a preview of some illustrations I'm working on for a website.
The one good thing about being confined to the house and sick is A) no sun-burns or mosquito bites (awesome) and B) basically being unable to do anything involving movement, thus video games are played in copious quantities.

Hello all, this is my first entry on my new Fashion Illustration blog. I've been interested in fashion illustration since I went through Ryerson for Fashion Design. Now I'm actually going to try and pursue it.
This blog will update on Sundays with a new illustration of some fashionable person in Toronto. I always admire the unique dress of people that stand out, so this is who I will be focusing on with my blog. Plus, this way I basically get to do life-drawing for free. Huzzah for me.
Anyway, to kick things off, here is an illustration I did a few weeks back from a photograph. Just to give you an idea of the type of thing I will be doing.
So if some awkward girl approaches you on the street asking to take your photo for a fashion illustration blog, do not be afraid or try to bonk me on the head with a stick. That would be lovely.
